Myers Smith

I moved to the Raleigh area in 1995 where I attended Meredith College. After graduating in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration and Double Concentration in Marketing and Management, I worked for both an advertising company and television station before jumping into my Real Estate career. It was in the Spring of 2004 when I started working at Fonville Morisey as a Marketing Specialist/Lead Generator while also working as an active agent. During that time I learned so much about this incredible market: popular areas, appreciation, safety, school districts, recreational facilities, etc. I became very well-versed in the area and was excited to be a part of an “ever-changing market.” I found this information to be very valuable as both a Listing and Buyer’s agent. In 2007, I left Fonville Morisey and joined Keller Williams Realty. It was a perfect fit for both my family AND clients. The transition allowed me to offer my clients the absolute best representation through Keller Williams’ resources and my Team of Experts available. Being a Real Estate Broker is much more than simply showing homes and filling out paperwork, it involves listening to my client’s needs and learning their lifestyles. This, along with my knowledge and resources, allows me to provide guidance for my clients so that we have all the necessary information to make the BEST decision. Since 2004, I have helped both Sellers and Buyers all over the Triangle. Some of my most successful areas include: Southern Wake County, Holly Springs, Clayton, North Raleigh and Cary. I am currently the Preferred Broker for TriSmith Construction, a custom home builder located in Central Wake County. I have a handful of resources at my client’s disposal: contractors, engineers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, etc. This, along with my expertise, makes for a satisfying and relaxing experience for my clients. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and make your next Real Estate experience a terrific one!

My favorite part of each day is spending time with Barrett (my husband of twelve years), and my two wonderful and very energetic boys Grayson (10) and Colton (6).
